My very first apartment. I have now been living here for 2 years and have never had any problems. Maintenance is on site and very quick to respond. Landlord is great and kind. I had no idea how to get an apartment nor what the process would look like but the Landlord was very kind, patient and co-operative with me. The landlord is mean and hateful, this a terrible place to live.
However of your on SSI you can't get in there. They say they don't consider that income. Wth!!!
Place is a mess same with the manager. I get it its cheap but if you are military (since most people who live here are) trust you will find a better option and almost the same stuff they offer. Also if you have to deploy they will do not care if you got orders or not they will still charge you the next month (even if you let then know ahead) and they’ll charge you for “cleaning and other stuff” when I got the apartment it wasn’t even clean, and most light bulbs were out.
