A boutique building/amazing views/location/amenities!!
Great views, incredibly weird and inconsiderate neighbors. People will leave their dogs to just endlessly bark on their balconies. People have tvs on their balconies left on all day long. It’s hard to enjoy your views and try to relax with that.
All workers are fantastic , valet parking free, nice view, quiet neighbors. Very elegant place.
