Louis did an excellent job replacing my garbage disposal—quickly, efficiently, and in a very timely manner. He’s consistently professional and considerate. Every time I’ve had a maintenance issue, Louis has resolved it beyond my expectations. I truly appreciate his reliability and high standard of work.
Incredible experience living here. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Louie and Hannah are extremely professional and are great to work with. The main building is locked in the morning which is annoying if you want to workout before work or get a cup of coffee, but otherwise has great amenities.
I have nothing but great things to say about Monaco Row. Hannah, Sally, and Louie have been nothing short of phenomenal.
I do not think I can fully put into words the amount of gratitude I have for people like Louie, Hannah, and Sally - they have truly gone above and beyond with customer service and maintenance. As a first time tenant, they helped me through every step of the process and they continued to treat me well, even long-after I signed my lease. I am happy I have chosen to live here, and this community is exceptional; special thanks to them.
I have found my forever home. Hannah and Luis have been nothing but amazing, the views are incredible, the response time for any concerns, which are rare, is exceptional, and the community is quiet and respectful. My neighbors are kind and I love watching all of the dogs enjoying their walks along the path behind us. My life was turned upside down in an instant when I lost my home with a yard filled with old trees, and a beautiful garden.
