Moved in almost a week ago. Molly was super friendly and helpful. Property is nice a quiet. Good walkable area and close to belleview light rail station and restaurants. Can't comment on maintenance yet, put a work order in over the weekend and haven't heard anything on my request yet after 3 days, leak under the sink, but not quite an emergency. So far I am happy with my choice to move here.
Natalie, Kellin and the entire RedPeak on-site Management team at Monaco Row are INCREDIBLE!! I truly cannot speak highly enough of how accommodative, proactive, and helpful they have been. The previous owners/management left both me and them a number of significant issues. I’ve lived in this community for several years and the transition to the new management company has been extremely disappointing. They attempted to renew my lease at over $400 above the current market rate for my exact unit, even though there are eight identical units listed online for hundreds less. This review is long overdue. I moved out at the beginning of September and promised Sally, Hannah and Luis I would write a stellar review because they all deserve it. Yet, life got away. My apologies for the delay, now let me sing the praises. I lived in Monaco Row for a 15-month lease and would've extended it were it not for the economy. Each day was a joy to live here.
