This will be my second positive review of Monaco Row. Have lived here Over five years and can't speak highly enough about the place. It is smaller than most apartment complexes and buildings springing up around DTC and that is a good thing. It has a more chill, intimate vibe than big common corridor places. I lived here for about 4 years which should say a lot about it from the bat - it was a great experience. Nice location with access to interstate but far enough away that it is really quiet. Friendly neighbors, great views, I could go on. I found maintenance team to be friendly and responsive. Sally in the office is also very professional and you can tell she actually cares about the residents in an authentic way. My husband and I visited Denver a few months ago we are considering moving there. Meeting with the manager, Sally, was a great experience. I'm impressed with her ability to be professional yet so friendly. Also the location seems well taken care of.
Lou (in maintenance) is always great to work with. Does an awesome job and always extremely friendly!
