Worst place I've ever lived. Staff are terrible people who steal from tenants and don't care about anything but money. They overcharge for a poorly maintained property. Beware of fraudulent activity in the leasing office. They offer "promotional" specials with so much off your move-in fees. But they apply that to the refundable deposit and act sneaky about it. They never disclose it until you move out. You will never see your deposit, and then they will charge you even more on top of it. The fees are ridiculous. You have to ... read more

RENTERS BEWARE! HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. LEASING STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS AND ARE ROBBING THEM BLIND WITH FEES. THE PROPERTY IS POORLY MAINTAINED, THEY HAVE NO SHAME IN POSTING LATE RENT NOTICES RIGHT ON TENANT DOORS, AND PRACTICE SHADY BUSINESS BY MAKING THE FILLABLE CUSTOM TEXT IN THE LEASE DOCUMENT VERY HARD TO READ. THEY STOLE 250 OF MY 450 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND SAID IT WAS PART OF THEIR “PROMOTION”. RENTERS BEWARE! THEY HAVE SO MANY HIDDEN FEES BOTH UP FRONT AND EACH MONTH WHEN BILLING. THEY ALSO STEAL PART... read more

Just a warning to anyone even thinking of moving here. DONT DO IT !!! I have lived here for over a two years now. When I first moved in it was a very nice place. It has since turned into a haven for drug deals, homeless breaking into apartments. Sleeping wherever they want. Defecating in broad daylight. This all started with one camper and a truck on South Leyden Street over a year ago. There are now multiply vehicle's and and transients and this street sits beside Monaco Lakes. Management will do nothing and have been notif... read more

Beautiful Property. And that is why the transients have decided to take it over as their own. Unfortunately, management has no interest in securing the property against transients living around the property. Security is a joke and does not respond to calls of transients sleeping in the elevators, laundry rooms, courtyards and parking lots. Take a good look at South Leyden Street before you move in and decide if you want meth labs and dealers as neighbors, because you will be seeing them a lot and property management has no i... read more

I have lived here since Feb 2020. For the last 3 months or so I have not had any heat. It’s been in the 20s at night. Several back and forths with the office, this has never been resolved as of today 12/4/20. I pay rent on time every month. So I still sit here in my freezing apartment. So disappointed. Its taken longer and longer to get anything done around here. Do not blame the pandemic. Heat is essential!
