AMAZING!! If you want a forever hair salon THIS IS THE PLACE! The staff is so attentive, and genuinely friendly. Every thing is explained in detail (and I asked alot of questions) they make sure you are getting exactly what you want and offer helpful suggestions. The salon is not close to me but the hours and the above and beyond service makes it worth the drive. MANY THANKS TO EVERYONE!
I am beyond excited about my new look. I am now in love with Virginia at Monaco Bay2Bay location. 😊 She is absolutely amazing!! She has such a great spirit and exceptionally talented at what she does. I couldn’t be happier with my Brazilian blowout and 2 row extensions. Had my first visit yesterday (12/14) and everything from the environment to the service was amazing!!! My stylist, Miranda, made sure I was confident in my decision, educated me on the important parts of the service I was getting and was extremely personable.
