I had an appointment this morning with this Monaco company, here at my Rancho Mirage home. The appt was for 8:30 AM. I even cancelled an eye examine, which I had waited for previously for 30 days, (and now pushed that into May) just to meet with this company! No show at 8:30, so I called at 9:05AM, spoke to a lady, and it is now 10:45 AM and still, no call. I will not do business with a company like this. I can just imagine the work ethic! I do not like it when someone believes their time is more important than yours! Good l... read more
