Abhorrently poor quality and dishonest service. Was told claim would take 1yr max, they delayed for no reason and it took over 3yrs. The figure I then finally received was not even one quarter of the amount the claim was actually worth (and of the figure they had consistently guaranteed). They then took a third of that figure for their excessive costs, which they refused to reveal throughout the duration of the claim until the actual day of settlement.
