I do NOT recommend Monaco at Main. Not safe for family. First of all the area is not safe. Our car's window got broken into while parked in the garage along with many other cars. Also a lady was held at gun point across the street at Target just recently. My husband's bike was stolen awhile back even though everything is gated. I also heard someone's apartment got broken into as well.
