This place is a huge dump. Mold in the bathroom. AC hasn’t worked since move in. Neighbors are drug addicts. No one answers the phones or fixes anything. Garbage disposal was broken at move in and they haven’t fixed it and it smells horrid. Been two weeks. Fireplace doesn’t work.
I love my apartment. It is two bedrooms one and a half bath and almost 1000 ft.² it is in good condition and well kept. The complex has two pools and two laundry facilities and some of the apartments have washers and dryers. Ema and her office staff are helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff keeps everything looking great and are always readily available should you need them. The price of the apartment is reasonable and it is central to everything that you could want. I'm so glad I moved here!!
