Arya was one of the best salesperson I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable and has a great way to deal with the guests. Highly recommend her when someone goes to this store.
The customer service at this store is horrible. I don’t what changed but the new staff are extremely rude and dismissive. The first time I visited the store it was an Asian lady and she didn’t even open the door to usher me in she talked to me at the door and told me to come some other time. So decided to pass there today and it was the same energy! It’s definitely giving classist and racist. Not willing to help and when you ask questions they get impatient. You would rather shop at the stores surrounding this store.
It says 6:45pm closing on Google. Drove from Orleans. And when I arrived (at 6pm), I found a sign on the door that says it closes at 5:45pm. (While the rest of the mall was open until 9pm). Store looked nice, from what I could see. But I'll never know, I guess.
