New Years Day - Took my elderly family friend for review as she was experiencing some concerning health issues that were increasing. Found to have experienced a heart issue which she had not felt at the time. This was quickly identified and carefully and very professionally managed by a wonderful team with dignity and care. Transported by ambulance to hospital and is continuing to be well managed. The team were wonderful very caring very thorough and very efficient. I went to the Mona Vale urgent care for an ear pain and concern waited for 5!hours and the doctor was very rude. Didn’t listen, nearly laugh at my decae about my concern and didn’t do anything about my pain my ear and discomfort. I don’t think I will be back here

I was happy with the treatment I received here. About a 40 minute wait to see the doctor. They did a chest Xray and prescribed antibiotics. However it seems I can’t get the results of the Xray unless I go to my GP which means I have to pay for a consultation to get the results. Following up from this, they said they would send the report to my GP. Made appointment. Went to my GP. They didn’t send the report.
