It’s a pleasure attending this medical practice with my parents. Dr Michelle Penm is a lovely person, super caring and professional and she has amazing reception staff supporting all patients and going above and beyond to help everyone. I highly recommend Monavale doctors. Rachel and Amelia are wonderful and super professional, they go above and beyond helping patients that come in for their appointments. Today I went in with mom and dad and they were lovely very greeting us.
I have been a patient of Dr Wong for well over a decade, and followed her to this practice, even though it is an hour away from my home. Dr Wong's empathetic approach to patient care and skill level are unmatched. I have found all the staff at this practise to be very professional, friendly and helpful.
