Dr. Saggar is a very good OD. At a routine checkup she immediately spotted a potentially serious condition and referred me to a specialist at CEI for the next day where I was successfully treated for the condition that Dr. Saggar correctly diagnosed.
Apparently they dont care about loss of vision unless the money is pushed through insurance. Eye institute and this practice will be hearing from lawyers for lack of needed urgent medical care.
