Dr Patel, may be knowledgeable when it comes to pain, but she doesn't understand when someone is in pain. I'd been to the ER 4 times this year do to my back pain and still refused to help me. She recommended for me to speak to PCP and try to get the PCP to prescribed the pain medication when in fact she's the pain doctor. I found this odd and spoke to my PCP and she also found it odd but my pcp saw that day, that I was in extreme pain and prescribed one week of pain pills. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Dr. Patel took time to listen to me. There was no rushing. She seemed determined to help me. I left feeling relieved, that I'm in good hands.
Dr. Mona Patel is a very caring doctor. She pays close attention to your complete health, whether it is good health or bad. I would recommend her any day.
