Mona Lisa has got to be the best permanent makeup artist in Ohio!
I had my eyeliner, the bottom done in black and the top in white back in 2008, and it's still there, it's still looks. My 82 yr old mom well her eyeliner still looks great too. Mona herself did the both of us.
I had a great experience at Mona Lisa’s. She is both friendly and professional. I have very deep set eyes, that makes it very difficult to wear eye makeup. I traveled all the way from Texas to have her do permanent makeup on my eyes and face. She did my eyebrows, eyeliner, and eye shadow. I was worried about the pain, but she really numbed my face. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting permanent makeup.
Mona Lisa has got to be the best permanent makeup artist in Ohio. I had a full face application and I am very pleased with her work. I have gotten several compliments on my makeup.
