AVOID!!!!! The building is INFESTED with cockroaches!!!! It also suffers from the worst management, they are slow to fix issues but quick to pat themselves on the back for the bare minimum they do. Hope you like the hold music because that is the response your going to get 95% of the time. Also be aware of the super bright lights they have on the building to the east, they don't turn off and point right into the apartments on that side. To sum up AVOID!!!! Biggest take away would be cockroaches! and I mean that literally, when you finally are able to move out of this place you will be taking the cockroaches with you! I lived here for about 4 years and during that time here are a few things that happened: - Water leak in the apartment above caused us to have a LARGE hole in our bathroom that staff refused to fix for about 3 months. Only fixed after we threated to do it ourselves and bill them. - SO MANY COCKROACHES!!! We were infested. and YES we did get sprayed and gelled and ... read more
Very efficient and very personable gentleman that fixed the contractors shoddy work
this is a great building kept very clean and hall ways are clean and not much noise other then the regular noise one expects
