I’ve always had good experiences with Dr. Lal. She has always responded to my messages quickly.
Dr. Lal refused to see me because my health insurance does not cover outpatient mental health. I explained my situation thoroughly to the receptionist when I made the appointment, but I was denied when I got there which is very unprofessional. Her office staff never answer their phones. I called them 3 times on 3 separate days and no one answered the phone. I needed refills on my prescriptions because I was going to run out soon.
