My terrible experience with Mona has lead me to write this review, as she has proven to be the definition of an unethical agent, putting her personal interest above her clients. Mona had refused to complete a very easy business transaction that resulted in HER SELLER being UNABLE to accept offers on his property and prevented me (buyer) from being able to submit offers on other properties within my budget.
