Before working with Mona I had two real state agents. I fired both because I felt they were only looking to maximize their commission. Mona was very patient, showed us houses depending on our own schedule, answered all our questions and set real expectations. Finally, she negotiated the price of the house we wanted and got it for $10,000 less that the other agents.
