Mona went way above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor to help sell my elderly mother’s house that she had been living in for close to 50 years. The process was extremely challenging, and she brought her A game by dealing with plumbers, electricians, painters, sewer repair contractors along with many other areas that needed to be addressed to get the house ready to be listed. Mona Kelleher was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable , thorough and was always quick to respond. We valued her opinion and felt that she had our best interest at heart. It had been 26 years since we last bought a house so it wasn’t something we had much expertise in. Additionally we were looking for a house for our disabled son and caregivers so we had a number of unique requirements. With her help we found our unicorn . We highly recommend her .
