Very good doctor, I like her alot, she listens to your concerns. Though the front office staff is not very friendly, especially for a pediactrics office, you might find one that may crack a little smile. At times there are miscommunications and delays with patients paperwork. But overall, I'm ok with the office.
Mona Elgenaidi is a Wonderful Woman. She is kind and sincere. She is gentle and respectful of children. She is diligent and will work hard to solve health issues. She has been respectful of our choices that may differ from her recommendations. I highly recommend her.
