While this dentist may be good, her hygienist and staff lie on documentation (records and insurance). Husband told teeth were great and see next yr when later gets a call about needing 2 fillings and a bill for deep scaling that was never done and told records show gingivitis.Tried talking to office manager, hygienist and dentist but only billing department would talk to me and tell me pay bill. Dr. Durani and her staff are awesome! I’ve been going to her clinic for years and have always had a great experience.
it is October 24, 12:55 PM and the person who just answered the phone was rude, even hung up as she got frustrated doing her job: looking for an appointment after only being on the phone for less than a minute. I Informed her I was potentially a new patient and who is my dental insurance (Federal by the way), and I was considering this doctor as my dentist.
