I have been going to Mona since I was child. She would cut, color, magic straight (back in the day)—she can do it all. She’s really efficient and is a master of assessing/optimizing hair aesthetics. It looked cute when she styled it but as soon as it wasn't styled its not great. The cut is uneven and choppy and is not at all what I asked for. I asked her for "A light trim with some long layers and french bangs" and she gave me wayyyyy too many layers (the front is so short) and didn't even give me bangs. And she insulted my hair before (should have left at that) saying I dyed my hair wrong and it looks bad (this is my natural color).
