This place is such a hidden gem and I’m so grateful I found it! I got the Japanese Scalp Treatment and it was AMAZING!! I wasn’t sure if this was a treatment for Black women’s hair, but Kiki knew exactly what she was doing and I could tell that she has done this on my type of hair before. Kiki did an excellent job. She’s so sweet and funny. I can tell that Kiki takes her craft very seriously and I look forward to seeing her again for other services, including this scalp treatment again.

Best experience at MonaLoft for lash extensions. Lash Technician -Kiki takes the time to explain the process and lash options. Kiki always responds to my calls/texts. She truly loves her work and very engaging at my appointments! Love my lashes

This was my first time at Mona Beauty Loft and I saw Kiki for my first Japanese scalp treatment. I highly recommend it. I had a wonderful experience. My scalp has never felt better and Kiki was professional and very friendly. I have been telling colleagues and clients about it. I definitely will be going back for another treatment. It was definitely worth it.
