After reading reviews I decided to book for a family trip. After receiving confirmation, a few days later the owner cancelled my reservation for no reason. When I called she was less than accommodating to say the least. She simply said she made a mistake, 3 days after I booked. At this point there were no other rooms close to St George street and she offered no help at all to help us.. She even mentioned with attitude that she could care less if I write this review. Arrogance is not a good trait in the hospitality business.
