I can't respond the owner's comment so I am editing my comment here "No one confirmed anything with me throughout the appointment. Instead, I was constantly told what could or couldn’t be done, and every suggestion I made was met with an explanation of why it wasn’t possible. I prefer working with professionals who listen, understand, and try to meet the client’s needs — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. It’s been over 7 days, and I don’t plan to return. Thanks for the offer"
I highly recommend this salon. I've always had a really good experience. It's such a relaxing environment and everyone is so kind and professional. I love my pedicure from Luna, she's an amazing nail tech!
Extremely Unprofessional I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience at Mon Luxe Nails and Beauty Bar was so disappointing I felt it needed to be shared. My friend and I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon, not a weekend rush, just a regular midday only to be turned away because they “didn’t have any open appointments.” That would have been understandable if it ended there.
