They sent my balance to a collection agency before even giving me a bill. They are also very difficult to get a hold of and rarely answer the phone. I often have to follow up with them to get prescriptions filled. The only positive is the physician I see, John Huber, seems to be a decent guy.
If you want your meds on time go to a different health care provider. Almost every single time I get a refill I have to contact the office as well as my pharmacy. This results in periods of time where I do not have my medication and I experience withdrawal. I will say my PCP is fantastic, if it was not for him I would probably have tried to find a new office by now.
Never had an issue.
