Very pleased with the service here! First time getting acrylic nails done and I’m glad I went here. Overall experience was very calming. Everyone was very kind and focused, interior was very clean too and welcoming. I’m extremely happy with how my nails turned out and prices were very good. Shout out to Danny and Diane for their beautiful, skilled work!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this spa. During my previous visit, I was unhappy with the quality of the service and raised my concerns. I returned expecting my feedback would be taken seriously and that I would receive better service. Instead, the experience became even more unprofessional. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. The lady chopped my nails so short, kept dropping supplies, and acted like she didn’t want to touch me. I stopped the pedicure before any product was applied, and was still charged $15 for a 5 minute soak and the “cutting of my nails”. Manager said “you didn’t want to try someone else”. Will not be back :)
