Great experience overall! The staff was friendly, the salon was clean, and my nails turned out beautiful. The service was professional, and I was happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this salon and would come back again.
Paid for a manicure with Hannah, she was busy so Lucy did it. She spent less than 1 minute total on the hand massage, water was cold, didn't put oil on my hands, I asked her to cut my nails but all she did was file. The entire "manicure" was LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. terrible service. Hannah, who did my pedicure the other day, was amazing though!
Chloe on the nails and Taylor on the artwork!!!! so fun and the are so nice and did a great job.
I always get good service here. When I bring pictures, they cheerfully duplicate the look I ask for.
