Samir spent a lot of time with me making sure I understood the different products and most importantly making sure I felt good about the purchase I was making. Over the last four years they have helped me, often on notice, with inexpensive gifts, watches, and recently an engagement ring. While the person behind the counter has changed, one thing has remained constant. I have always left Mon Ami 100% satisfied. From an incredible selection to canât beat prices (sorry Mon Ami, I have looked elsewhere, but never ended up purchasingï) to phenomenal customer service. Mon Ami can not be beat!
One Transaction and You'll be Hooked! These guys are as good as it gets! They have made a gorgeous custom pendant/necklace for me that was stunning! They worked with me for over 6 months on designing a 100% custom engagement ring for my now wife after multiple jewelers were too skiddish due to the intricacy and originality of the design I had in mind. Get it in Writing!!! I had bought a engagement diamond from Mon Ami two years ago for three main reasons, one, they were highly recommended by a friend. Second, they worked with me in finding the correct ring even though it took three time on my end. The last & most important is that they guaranteed me that they would purchase the ring back at the price I paid if anything ever happen. Great quality, great price - cannot recommend enough. I went to Brad and Anand at Mon Ami Jewelry based on a recommendation for a friend who had gotten an engagement ring there. Recommendations from friends can be tricky but this one was a gem. I was immediately made to feel at ease.
