Awesome customer service! I recently went to Mon Ami to find an engagement ring for my now fiancee. Brad and Anand were extremely helpful and answered all my questions and made the entire process of purchasing the ring by phone very easy. They sent me pictures as they designed the ring and worked with my schedule to make sure the ring was delivered when I would be home. The service provided was nothing short of amazing. Great Service + Great Prices My husband and I just recently upgraded our ring at Mon Ami jewelery. Not only did we get a great price on our new ring but we also got a great deal on our trade in. I really shopped around before settling on this store. I compared both on-line at blue nile and 5 other jewelery stores. Buying expensive jewelery is just like buying a car so it is very importaint your educated prior to negotiating and that you feel comfortable with the sales person.

How you should be treated... Can not say enough good things about Mon Ami Jewelry. Good people who understand customer service. Must have changed my mind 100 times while choosing my engagement ring, yet they never seemed to mind even when they ended up having to redo the finished product. Beautiful Jewelry I had a ruby that I wanted to put into a ring, and Mon Ami Jewelry was recommended to me by a co-worker. I am glad she did! The staff was extremely friendly and was catering to all of my needs. They were so nice in fact that I decided to purchase a necklace to go with my new ring. I highly recomend these jewelers. A homefelt jeweler in a big city. They are very unique and do amazing custom work.
