This was my first time trying Mom’s Pierogis, and I am blown away that they are actually authentic Polish pierogi. My family is originally from Poland and the pierogi recipe has been passed down through my family for generations, these are as close to my grandmothers pierogi that I have had outside of our family. I tried the potato and cheddar boiled with onions and butter. Couldn’t be happier! I also tried it with the garlic sour cream, which was a nice touch. Amazing pierogis! Friendly service!
We stopped in for supper, being from out of town. We placed our order, and were given our food - frozen. We mentioned we were staying in a hotel. It wasn't a huge deal, they gladly cooked them for us on the spot, but there was an upcharge for that. Again, not a huge deal, just kinda odd we weren't given the option when placing our order. I ordered the reuben pierogies, but they don't have any thousand island sauce to dip, so I had to stop by the store to get some. First time coming here & even stated that to the guy working on 9/15 as I was looking at the menu Made me feel like I was a bother to him and he didn’t give welcoming vibes at all I will say the pierogis were delicious so I will give this place another shot bc maybe just maybe it was a bad day for him and unfortunately I had to experience his rudeness
