Always keeping me informed until the bike was ready to pick up. Ryan did the delivery of the bike and was very thorough in going over every feature on the bike. Place looks real nice and It's great they are able to get so many five star reviews but unfortunately I wasn't treated like all those costumers. In fact I couldn't get any help at all! In the market for a Razr and made my SECOND trip there today hoping that my last visit was not the norm but unfortunately I could not get any help again. I did see a couple employees but they couldn't take the time to even say I'll be with you in a minute or do you have any questions and they all walk past you like you don't exist! They sold us a nice bike at a fair price and hustled when we needed warranty repair and service for our track day crash. Repair guys were excited to work on out track bike. They had a real interest. Maybe there is better but I haven't found it.

RecommendedMy company Angel Art Motorcycle Designs set up as a vendor at one of Mom's events and their staff is phenomenal. Very focused on exceptional customer services. Alot of details also went into the event itself, DJ from Local radio station, food-best burgers!, games. etc. Highly recommend. :-)
