We were a customer for three years. Mom’s Maids gets 4 stars for price compared to competitors and while we had minor feedback regarding cleaning thoroughness in the early years, the value was good. However, the quality of the service deteriorated quite a lot in 2019. The owner did listen to feedback (surfaces not dusted, floors not swept or mopped) and committed to improvements, but unfortunately the problems continued.
