I wanted to try a new place and we stopped in to Phat Boy..liked the NY/Miami sort of vibe...Britney was so nice as our waitress....with so many sushi places around, we were cautiously optimistic but everything we ordered was different and fresh..including a delicous cheesecake tempura..we will surely be back!
Great service, but the rice was a little dry. Try the uni shot
Ordered rolls: Red Monkey, Hamachi Cilantro, Rice Hater, JB. Very good, but very small. We had to ask for the ginger & wasabi. Also ordered the Spicy Edamame appetizer; it was a small portion. I will return & sample more of the menu. Service was decent.
