The corned beef hash and eggs were perfect and the French toast was *chefs kiss*. And the blt was good too

第一次來 Mom's Country Kitchen，這次吃的是比較傳統的美式早餐。點了 Country Fried Steak 搭配 Over Hard Eggs、White Gravy、Hash Browns 和 White Toast，另外也點了 Biscuits with Sausage Gravy。整體份量很足，價格也算合理，是很典型的美式家庭餐廳早餐。 其中 Biscuits with Sausage Gravy 的白醬味道滿特別，第一次吃覺得很有美式南方早餐的特色，不過對我來說味道比較濃郁，吃一次體驗看看就夠了。Country Fried Steak 和 Hash Browns 的表現則滿符合傳統美式早餐的風格。 如果想體驗比較在地、傳統的美式早餐，而不是精緻的早午餐餐廳，我覺得 Mom's Country Kitchen 可以來試試看。整體是樸實、份量足的家庭式美式料理。
