I had a funny feeling that I should not do business with this store, but I ignored it. Now I'm very sorry. I ordered some pipe tobacco. The price was great. 5 days went by, and my order still hasn't shipped. So I called them. Now the person I spoke with, wasn't rude, she just had this tone, that conveyed she couldn't care less about my problem. I asked her when my order would ship? I had ordered two ******* Connoisseur Collections variety packs (24 cigars total) for $178.47. The cigars were listed as in stock. A few days after my order I was informed there would be a delay. I only had another ten days until the event I had ordered the cigars for. I cancelled my order and purchased the cigars more locally. I never received a refund. Its been two weeks. Multiple orders placed with this vendor, every shipment was complete without error. Shipping and processing time is quick and the products are of high quality.

I was ordering from BnB Tobacco for a few months. They have an option to pay $1 for delivery insurance. The first few time I ordered I add the insurance, but the one time I didn't pay for insurance my package never came. I just checked the address of Moms Cigars and it's the same exact address as BnB. I already sent my order in before I notice that they're the same company. Wish me luck on getting my delivery.
