Stay away from this establishment. They will try to scam you. I had to get PennDOT and the State Police involved get my car properly inspected and get what I paid for. I mean what else do you expect from a drug dealing addict and a felon, and from white trash? Would you look at that, he also stole my debit card info and tried to purchase some stuff online,
