Impossible burger! Your life is not complete without eating it. Go eat it.
I came here because I was intrigued by the impossible burger concept and was impressed at the 85% or so accurate consistency of actual meat. A little too crispy and lacking juiciness and flavor of meat, but delightful all the same. The service was amazing and big thanks to the awesome redhead manager who saved the evening of me and my date.
