Long line but we flew right down. Was definitely worth every penny. It was my first time in NYC and easily finding a very famous chefs pastries shop. After watching the show on Netflix “Chef’s Tablet” and hearing Christina’s critics on “Master Chef” it was a necessity to try out her creations. To actually taste the exact flavors she does.... Kinda wish I had never gone here. The desserts won't bowl you over immediately, but the nostalgic items + better ingredients (bday truffles) will hijack your brain. Can't get enough, must return...
It is difficult to find if you don’t happen to know it’s inside Momofuku and the lines can be long, but I thought that everyone working there was friendly and polite despite how swamped they were. All out of crack cake which was what I came for, but I left with some cookies that were really good and surprisingly not too expensive
I had been waiting so long to try the birthday cake. I came with my whole family; and got the cake along with milkshakes and coffee. I was not disappointed. I had to fly back home the next day so we didn’t finish the cake, but I am still thinking about the leftovers. If you are looking for that one up on the nostalgic funfetti vanilla cake please make the trip here.
The cake truffles were amazing!! Milk is weird tasting and cookies were okay. Cake truffles :)❤️
We walked 10 blocks to try this place, waited in line for over 10 minutes to find out the cereal milk ice cream doesn't work so they couldn't make anything we wanted
