I was disappointed with my experience, especially since this salon was recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, both the quality of the service and customer care fell far below my expectations. I had my dip powder manicure done first. The handling of my hands was unnecessarily rough. My fingers were squeezed, pressed, and twisted while being positioned, and I had to mention more than once that it was hurting. This made the experience uncomfortable and was completely unnecessary. Love momo and the staff! Family friendly. Once you go there you wont go anywhere else. I get builder gel manicure and gel pedicure. Great massage, great quality. My nails last forever just until I am ready for a new color.
Unfortunately I won't be returning after what I witnessed yesterday. Owner and his female staff were super rude, unprofessional and racist towards their two new hires. Their new hires are in the learning process. I felt they were constantly mistreated the entire time I was there. And, its a shame because despite all their negative reviews about the owner and staff, I decided to give them a try and I really like DAVID. He's great. Its a shame.
Have absolutely loved my experience at Momo Nails. Nancy is my nail tech & she does an amazing job!! She’s timely, quick and ends each mani/pedi with a 2 minute message! It is heavenly!!
I came in from work and wanted to get a gel fill in. As soon as I got in this lady (I wish I got her name) was so aggressive and rushing me while I was looking for the color to match my toes. Mind you I went last week and went to David who is awesome and gives the best pedicures. Unfortunately, he was off this day. However, after finding my color ( which wasn’t long after) she refused to do my nails and was talking crap in her language.
