Worst place to buy used car. I was told that the bank has approved my loan and that we can get a car. They Asked me to send half of my downpayment so I did. On the day of the delivery, I got so many run arounds that the car was not ready. The same thing went on for 2 weeks and 4 different cars. I kept asking them to refund my money while we try to find a new car but they wont return it until they were finally able to deliver. Very great experience. They are helpful with any questions and take good care of their customer. Had a minor issue it was immediately fixed and they even had it delivered after hours so I could have it for work next day. Great place and great people will definitely be back for next car!
We had bought a 2010 Ford excape in 2022 and after 2 years the rear shock mount broke and were not able to drive the vehicle and would of cost thousands of dollars to fix and whether it could be fixed was not guaranteed. We talked to Sohail about the situation and because it was over 2 years meant he did not have to help us with the issue , but instead of leaving us stranded without a vehicle he made arrangements to take it back and give us another vehicle for litterally next to nothing and taking the loss on it. Have been attempting to purchase a car for almost 2 weeks now with representative not able to get loan approval, but making me pay 4000! Plus having to get insurance on this car. They will not release it even though I have paid for it. They keep dragging their feet stating the lender has not sent paperwork.
