I have been booking with them since I was 7 weeks pregnant and my doctor couldn't find the heart beat... All the staff is so nice and welcoming. They have made my pregnancy beyond amazing and to top it off My last ultrasound with them was a 4d at 28 weeks which gave me the best photos of our little guy!!!! Short story: they do not carry enough stock of their add-on items, but have no problem charging you for them in anticipation of you picking them up later, then they make it impossible for you to get the things you've already paid for in full. Long story: we had an ultrasound on Father's Day. They did not have any recorders in stock for the baby's heartbeat, but they had no problem selling us one on the spot. Was late even with my appointment they were so flexible. Beautiful room, furnished and such a high contrast projection to show such detail! Paid a little extra for the HD Live Scan which is 100% worth it! Even though he was fussy and hiding the whole time we were able to come back for a second session to get the pictures and video we wanted! Loved both women @Norco location both were so warm and welcoming. They didn't leave me sore like other doctors do and over all were 100% satisfied with my visit!!
