I started attending Mommy's Fit Zone classes 4 months after having my 3rd baby. I initially went to one class a week, but a few weeks in, I was addicted and attending all 3 classes each week. Thearany's classes are always very challenging and I love the strength component of her classes and have gotten really toned since starting these classes.
