I don’t know they take the excitement out of having a baby it’s just the energy of the staff and the fact I had to ask for my prenatal to be sent out. The did my ultrasound on a little phone at first it felt unprofessional… The rooms are kind of small even the ultrasound room. The upkeep of the stuff on the walls it just felt gloomy.
He estado comunicándome para hacer una cita y cuando me responden me dicen que me espere la primera vez tarde 45 min y me colgaron volví a llamar y deje mensaje de voz para que me regresaran la llamada y nada de que se preocupen por los pacientes😡
Ive tried calling to make an appointment for my daughter and ive called several times a day for a couple days straight and no answer! This is a big inconvenience especially for someone that doesnt have transportation and cant go down there to make an appointment! Answer your phones please its not that hard to put someone on hold.
