The customer service was amazing! She rescheduled me 4 separate times (without an extra charge) because the baby refused to show her face; she hid behind her feet and hands every single time. I truly appreciated it because I was so bummed out that I was unable to see my babies face. I really wish I remembered the techs name, because she was amazing and deserves all of the acknowledgment.
I will definitely use Mommy & Me again! I was kept well informed on the process, allowed to ask a lists-worth of questions before the service, and when baby wasn't being cooperative during the ultrasound, I was allowed to come back 2-weeks later for additional pictures! I love being able to look at my little man before he's even here!
Checking in was incredibly fast and then I got to see my baby right away there was no waiting or anything. She was able to find our baby easily even only being 6 weeks it definitely gave me some peace of mind and didn’t break my bank id recommend this to any expecting mama!!
