WORST experience ever!!! Do NOT use this moving company!!! I thought we'd be in good hands when I saw this company has mostly good reviews and we booked weeks in advance. However, when our moving day came around, they were nowhere to be found. I called relentlessly and finally reached a woman who said she'd find out what was happening. Absolute worst broke our items extremely unprofessional and barely did what they said they would. Avoid at all costs
Check the yelp reviews. This company has been a nightmare. They arrived 2 hours late, were extremely rude and unprofessional, then after they got their money they are totally unable to contact! I’ve been waiting since August 2019 to hear back from a manager regarding my gate the movers backed into and broke along with my king size bed frame that they put together incorrectly and it snapped in half. Awesome company, super cool crew, professional in all aspects, best price around compared to the four other companies i got quotes from. Would 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking for movers!
They were an hour late. They charge truck/fuel/travel charge of $95 before they even touch anything. They were VERY SLOW moving and very careless with my things. "two brand new mattresses are filthy, my new couch has a mark down the back". I moved 6 miles and it took them almost a half hour between places. I spoke up and was told "oh well you do not have to use us next time". Of course the price ended up being way more than quoted. CONSUMER BEWARE ON THIS ONE!!!!!
They did a no show the day of my move they said there truck broke down. My husband and I secured a truck our own thru budget I called her back and said okay I have a truck just need your guys who would have been on broken truck to help load- then she didn’t have guys either. Would never refer anyone to this company. It was an absolute nightmare.
Cancelled, rescheduled, terrible communication, luckily the next day they showed up. Then broke our TV. We had them move us from old house to storage, storage to new house, and blamed the TV on us. Owner acted like a child when I asked them to do something literally anything, to make it right.
