Pros: It doesn't take too long to get box braids installed. It took me 5 hours and I have a big head lol. The setup is decent. They have a nice TV. Cons: I've only had my box braids installed for a couple weeks and they look like I've had them installed for a couple months. Seven braids have already slipped out and the ends look really raggedy. I went to get a full sew in. My hair was so mess up everyone thought I had a wig on. I paid $95 to get this done. I will never go back to them. I had to pay someone else to fix it. I advise nobody to go to them to get sew in.
