Don’t buy used car here. Purchased a vehicle here, noticed a/c wasn’t blowing cold. They “ supposedly” checked it out and just added Freon and said it checked out ok now and is blowing cold. Was cold for drive home, next day started it was blowing warm. Took to a shop next day had a diagnostic run. Compressor and other parts. Turns out to be about a 1200 repair, had a second shop confirm it as well. Either their service dept couldn’t tell by hooking up the tester. Well, without going into all of the details, I can tell you this dealership (particularly the salesman Ian, the sales manager Josh and the GM Andrew) operate with the highest of character and utmost integrity. I sent my daughter down to Houston and handled everything over the phone. There was an overlooked unintentional mishap that they ensured they'd address. Not only did they address it but they addressed it swiftly. My daughter is happy and loves the car. She'll be a repeat buyer!!!
Our car buying experience couldn’t be better. From the first phone call we made, Diana helped us to find a perfect car for our Mom. She even offered to drive the car to our Mom house so she can test drive it. Overall really happy with our purchase and would recommend to check out their VW inventory and ask for Diana.

He answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Bought a vehicle from this dealership a couple of years ago and purchased an extended warranty with it. Sold the vehicle a month ago and have been trying to get a refund for the remainder of the extended warranty… crickets. Tried calling and emailing… crickets. They were quick to take our money for the extended warranty, now… crickets. Sorriest dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. Should’ve waited until we got back to Louisiana to buy a vehicle. Lesson learned!
