Leaving this review in behalf of a good friend of mine, she experienced awful service at Volkswagen Clearlake, they're actually in all honesty the WORST. please come to Richmond to buy your car, the customer service here is phenomenal! They're service team is out of this world, Emmanuel is what you would consider an expert in the field. Please if you see this review, RUN from the clearlake location. BEWARE: THEY ARE LIARS I recently purchased my Volkswagen Atlas on Father's Day.. I must first state that I am delighted with my vehicle however the degree and quality of service from the dealership is rather lacking. The first red flag should have been when I was test driving my vehicle and when I questioned my sales associate about certain features and functions of the vehicle He was unaware and could not answer and had to refer to other associates to answer. Nick was amazing. He gave such a great test drive and the fact that he also personally drives the ID4 made him so knowledgeable and really sold the car. He was super chill and helpful and just felt like he really was working with us to get the numbers where we wanted. He truly made all the difference.
