Avoid this dealer at all costs. I elected to have my VW towed here after it wouldn't start. The dealership determined that my car died as a result of the after-market radio I had installed nearly 2 years earlier, saying it caused a short despite running without issue previously. They replaced my battery and told me they couldn't fix the radio and unplugged it.
