Dr. Kara and her staff are compassionate, and provided excellent care for my pooch Phineas. Dr. Kara is extremely thorough and detail oriented with her evaluations, and her staff was so patient with my dog, and with me in explaining at-home exercises. My pooch was recovering from TPLO, and I could not be happier with our experience here. I would not hesitate at all to return here should my pooch need it, and for me that meant a 2 hour round-trip drive for each appointment. Thank you all!
We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Kara and all staff at Momentum. My pit bull had a knee injury and we weren’t sure what to do. Dr. Kara spent hours with us, explaining everything and coming up with a plan. We were even able to do the pre op work up at the clinic and were saved from an extra day in St. Louis at the surgeons office. She was very honest with us that rehab alone would not fix his problem, only surgery would. We are so thankful for Dr. Kara and her entire team at Momentum. Our senior girl, Catalina, had an extensive surgery that left us terrified of what her activity level following would be. With the caring and compassionate help of Dr. Kara and her staff, Catalina received THE VERY BEST CARE!
