We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Kara and all staff at Momentum. My pit bull had a knee injury and we weren’t sure what to do. Dr. Kara spent hours with us, explaining everything and coming up with a plan. We were even able to do the pre op work up at the clinic and were saved from an extra day in St. Louis at the surgeons office. She was very honest with us that rehab alone would not fix his problem, only surgery would. We are so thankful for Dr. Kara and her entire team at Momentum. Our senior girl, Catalina, had an extensive surgery that left us terrified of what her activity level following would be. With the caring and compassionate help of Dr. Kara and her staff, Catalina received THE VERY BEST CARE! I highly recommend Momentum VSMR. My senior puggle with arthritis had increased mobility and decreased pain with treatments customized for him. Dr. Kara and the entire staff are kind, caring, and professional.
